Clean hotel in a nice building not far from the fitness center, and the airport. The rooms with a nice walk-in shower. Comfortable design in the rooms, outstanding food. The location marvellous and comfy sure to take pictures of everything. Outstanding customer service provided. The shuttle to the airport, great pool.

The staff was very informative and attentive, always there to help. They assisted us in arranging a shuttle to the airport. The room was updated, clean, and had a nice walk-in shower and blackout curtains. The interior was comfortable.

The restaurant had a nice open eating area serving great food. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was spacious. The location was excellent, close to the highway, and the area was pleasant.

This hotel provided great value for money. The prices were reasonable and the attention to detail was evident throughout. The location was breathtaking with soaring vaulted ceilings adorned with steel girders and wood accents, creating a unique atmosphere. The service provided by the staff was excellent; they were always friendly and accommodating. The basic amenities were all in place, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The bartender at the newly replaced bar/restaurant was super nice and added to the overall enjoyable experience. Additionally, the breakfast offered a nice variety and was served in a pleasant dining area.

All in all, my stay at this hotel was satisfactory and I had no major complaints.

Very clean accommodations all the way around. I never sleep well when away from home, but the bed, pillows, sheets all were very comfortable and I slept like a baby.

Beds could use replaced; I was also disappointed in that I was unable to use any discount such as aarp, aaa, or military. I was told that due to an event in the area causing all motels to be completely booked, the Holiday Inn Roanoke, Valley View was not allowing any type of discount. Now that makes no since to me; they allow discounts when only half of the rooms are booked, but none when 100% is booked. Seems to me they made ample revenue to allow the discount.

Great room with a nice view overlooking the lobby, just like I expected. The service was top-notch, couldn't ask for better. Their airport shuttle really stood out for me! 🚐

Good staff support of problems with the room and facilities.

Hotel key did not work properly and I could not print my boarding pass without staff support.

When I first arrived at the check in counter, the lady there saw me coming she went ahead and took a personal call, while I was standing there waiting for her to finish. When I entered the room I found a dead roach under the sink, it was there for two day. Even though housekeeping cleaned. The bed covers itches, and now I'm scratching everywhere.

I stayed there because everywhere else was booked. I had a horrible experience. I will not stay at any Holiday Inn in the future.
